  2. Why is the "Government of the Netherlands" a stake holder in the process?

    The enforced past tense convention is really awkward, "and is hoped to occur next month." "have had to be harmonised."

  3. The actual paper has the credits in it, I'm not sure why the online version doesn't.

    Also, neither of those past tense constructions sounds weird to me. I think you just need to check your grammar : P

  4. And Netherlands is helping because it was a big contributor of the e-waste to begin with -- it's just a donor government. No weirder than the USA being a stakeholder, in fact I'm surprised we aren't.
